Unclaimed Merchandise Shipped To Our Customers

Dresses that are unclaimed will be the customers responsibility.
Once the dresses are shipped out from our facility, we provide the customer with a tracking number. With this tracking number, the customer can check the status of the package.
If the package gets returned to us unclaimed the customer will be responsible for charges incurred to ship the items back.
