Before shipping, every dress undergoes a thorough quality inspection.
For the protection of both the customer and our store, a video is recorded prior to shipment to document that the dress is free of defects, damage, or imperfections.
In the event that a defect or flaw is detected during this inspection, the dress will not be shipped. The item will be returned to the designer or manufacturer, and the customer will be promptly notified.
In such cases, the recorded video may be shared with the customer as proof that the dress did not leave our store due to a quality issue. This process is part of our commitment to ensuring that every customer receives a flawless dress suitable for their special occasion.
